WHAT I WON'T DRAW

• NSFW / Fetish art
• Machines
• Mecha
• Backgrounds

PAYMENT

• Payment must be sent before I can start your commission.
• Refunds will not be given if I have started lining.
• You will send payment through Paypal / Google Pay in USD and the email I provide.
• You confirm you are not in any of the groups in my DNI or someone on my BLACKLIST.

PROCESS

• I will send you a screenshot of the sketch once it is done.
• You may ask to see a WIP(Work in Progress).
• You may ask for minor edits to the sketch.
• Once you approve of the sketch, you may only ask for minor line edits and color edits.

ART

• You will credit me on toyhou.se as shiibeh.
• You may make minor edits to a commission, such as color, accessories, etc. DO NOT ADD HATE SPEECH
• You may not claim the art as your own.
• You may not repost my art without permission. If permission is given, please mention me (@shiibeh) on twitter.
• I have the right to use any art I have produced.

DESIGNS

• You will let me know if you are trading / selling / gifting my designs, if not on toyhou.se.
• You may not sell my designs for more than the initial sale price if there is no extra art of them.
• You may not use my designs for hate speech.
• You may not claim the design as your own.
• You may not resell / trade / gift characters designed by me to people on my BLACKLIST or DNI.
• The character belongs to you once you have paid in FULL.

LIVE2D ART/RIGGING

• You must credit me (shiibeh) where it can be easily seen (Bio, Description, etc.)
• You may not claim the art/rig as your own.
• I have the right to use the model for showcases and demonstration.
• You may not talk about NSFW topics or politics while using my art/rig.

OTHER

• You may not exploit any loopholes.
• Breaking the TOS will result in you being put on my BLACKLIST.
• I have the right to decline any commission.
